The name of the program is the mortgage foreclosure emergency prevention program. National Park Service Listening Session The National Park Service wants to hear from you! You are invited to bring your ideas to a Listening Session, one of many being held across the nation in preparation for the National Park Service’s 100th anniversary. President Bush is proposing up to $3 billion of new public and private investment over 10 years to improve and expand national park conservation, preservation and visitor service programs in preparation for the parks’ 100th anniversary in 2016.
