Alternate side parking (street cleaning) regulations will be suspended on Thursday, October 9 and Monday-Wednesday, October 13-15 for holiday observance of Yom Kippur (October 9), Columbus Day (October 13) and Succoth (October 14-15). Morningside Park Becomes a Scenic Landmark, the City's First Since 1983
